Do Good Business – Better

I am very grateful to have had Rick Ed as my mentor for over a year. 
From the first meeting, I was pleasantly surprised with Rick’s gentle approach, non-judgemental feedback, and the subtle way he steered me in the right direction. We sometimes had discussions for two hours or more and all I got was encouragement and was treated with respect.
I had to do certain tasks that I dreaded, but it was absolutely necessary to do them to get our business structures organised.
I have the utmost respect for Rick and his knowledge and, most importantly, the way he instantly understood me and worked with me not giving me orders or being didactic.
I would not have been able to finish the National Mentorship Movement project if it was not for the positive encouragement and motivation I received from him.

I met Rick at GIBS University where he supported me on my business journey. He is a good listener, genuine in the interest that he takes in both people and their businesses and he is a solid anchor.

For a few years I have seen Rick in action, fighting for SMEs everywhere through his countless workshops, engagements, board and advisory commitments and numerous mentoring commitments. His professionalism is exceptional and his passion to truly help entrepreneurs is legendary.

Rick is incredibly dedicated to helping entrepreneurs grow thriving startups. As a business coach he is particularly skilled at providing entrepreneurs with guidance with sales and strategic decision-making in their business. He is also very knowledgeable about all the players within SA’s entrepreneurship ecosystem and is generous with sharing his vast connections with others.

I liked the way he immersed himself into our company and took time to understand our aspirations. Rick is a an excellent business mentor….
